MEX Storage Systems Pvt. Ltd. is committed to delivering every order with care, accuracy, and within agreed timelines. As a manufacturer of industrial storage solutions, our dispatch and delivery process is tailored to the nature of heavy, custom-fabricated products.
All orders go through a confirmation process before production or dispatch begins. For standard products, processing begins once full payment or a confirmed advance is received. For custom or project-based orders, production starts only after finalisation of specifications and payment terms in writing.
Freight charges, if applicable, are calculated based on product weight, dimensions, and the delivery destination within India. Any applicable charges will be clearly communicated before order confirmation. For certain locations or large project deliveries, freight will be quoted separately.
We supply and deliver our products across all major cities and industrial zones in India. Our logistics partners handle transportation from our manufacturing facility in Greater Noida to your site.
While we take every precaution to meet committed timelines, delays caused by transport disruptions, labour strikes, natural calamities, or other circumstances beyond our control may occasionally occur. In such situations, we will notify you at the earliest and provide a revised delivery schedule.

Note: All prices listed on our website are in Indian Rupees (INR). Delivery terms for B2B and project orders are confirmed separately in writing at the time of purchase.

Returns are accepted only under the following circumstances:
Once a return is approved and the product is received and inspected at our facility, refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days. Refunds are issued via the original payment channel or by bank transfer as mutually agreed.
Where a defective or incorrect product is confirmed, we will arrange a replacement at no additional cost. Replacement timelines depend on product type and manufacturing requirements and will be communicated upon approval.
Orders may be cancelled without penalty within 24 hours of placement. Post that, cancellations for standard products may attract a handling fee. For custom or fabricated orders already in production, cancellations will be subject to costs incurred up to that point.

All storage rack systems, mezzanine floors, and related products manufactured and supplied by MEX Storage Systems are intended for industrial and commercial use only. Buyers are responsible for ensuring products are used lawfully and within their rated load capacities as specified in the product documentation.
Payment terms are agreed at the time of order and may include an advance payment prior to production commencement. For project-based orders, milestone payments may apply as specified in the purchase agreement. All payments must be completed per the terms agreed before delivery or handover.
We strive to deliver within committed timelines. Where installation services are included in the scope of supply, our trained personnel will carry out the work as per agreed schedules. Customers are responsible for ensuring site readiness prior to the agreed installation date.
Our products are covered against manufacturing defects as communicated at the time of purchase. The warranty does not extend to damage arising from misuse, overloading, unauthorised modifications, or inadequate maintenance. Warranty claims must be submitted in writing with full supporting details.
